Today I am going to introduce 「Ain Soph. Journey」which is a vegan restaurant. It has a store im Shinjuku since 2012 and one in Kyoto since 2018.
I personaly have visited their restaurant in Shinjuku twice, once for dinner and once at lunch time. The store is only a 10 min walk from the south east exit of Shinjuku station and very easy to find.
They offer mainly course meals which cost around 2900 yen, but when I went for dinner it was possible to order meals independently from the course.
The interrior is modern with a lot of wooden furniture and dimmed lights, which gives a very cozy atmosphere.
It seems to be populare especially between woman as the second time I went there were pnly female guests. In the evening I think it is a awesome place for romantic dates.
It is also possible to celebrate parties and wedding receptions there.

I personally tried their "Nutty Dry Curry" and "Heavenly Pancake" as well as the "Dessert Plate" and their soy latte.
The pancakes were super thick and fluffy and just perfect! They came with cream and fruits.
I also loved the dessert plate as it included a small piece of rich chocolate cake with cream, a waffle, pudding topped with cream and fruit, and walnut icecream which allowed me to try 4 different desserts.

The food is not cheap but very delicious and the atmosphere is great. Also the staff is very friendly!
The restaurant seems very popular so I recommend making a reservatio. You can do it online on their website.
