Peanut Butter Amaranth Bliss Balls | Vegan Recipe

These yummy peanut butter and amaranth bliss balls are not only super easy and quick to make (only 4 ingredients and 2 steps), they are also healthy and sweetened by dates instead of sugar.



Ingredients (5-6 bliss balls)

  • 2 tablespoons peanut butter

  • 10 dried dates

  • 10 teaspoons puffed amaranth

  • 2 teaspoons cocoa powder


Instructions (5-6 balls)

  1. Blend all the ingredients in a small food processor.

  2. Form little balls by pressing the dough together. If the dough is too soft, add more amaranth.

  3. Enjoy!
