Easy Vegan Gnocchi Dish

Ingredients (for 1 person)

  • 1 tbsp olive oil

  • 1 package vegan gnocchi

  • 5 spring onions

  • 4 tbsp green peas (cooked)

  • 1/2 can cut tomatoes

  • salt

  • pepper

  • 1/2 tsp garam masala


  1. Heat up the olive oil in a big fry-pan and fry the gnocchi in it on medium to high heat until they turn golden brown. Stir frequently to prevent them from burning.

  2. In the meantime, wash the spring onions and cut them into thin rings.

  3. Add the spring onions to the pan together with the peas.

  4. Keep frying until the spring onions soften a bit.

  5. Add the cut tomatoes together with the spices. Adjust the amount of the spices to your liking.

  6. Serve and enjoy!
