If you read my blogpost about Apellila in Kyoto and Kamakura24sekki then you probably know how much I love bread♡ I was a bit sad that there was no such place in Tokyo, or at least none relatively close to where I live. A little while ago the Japanese burger chain Mos Burger introduced a plantbased vegan burger in 9 of their Tokyo branches, which is so amazing! However, because they were pretty far away and because of the corona crisis I didn't have a change to try it. Since the weather got quite hot recently, I've been enjoying a bit lighter dishes rich in fresh veggies. Not only are they tiny, they often are expensive as well. I personally love cake but I have been a bit frustrated with how small they are here. However, recently I found a cafe I absolutely love! Ippuku Cafe Located in a small alley near Shijo-Kawaramachi Station, ippuku cafe is a small vegan cafe which offers cakes
